Programme Lead – Sustainability & Regulatory Change

We are partnering with a leading global professional services firm to recruit a Programme Lead to drive their Sustainability & Regulatory Change agenda. This is a senior leadership role within their Business Change function, managing a team of Project Managers and delivering high-impact programmes across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee programmes within the Sustainability & Regulatory Change value stream.
• Ensure initiatives deliver measurable value aligned to strategic objectives.
• Manage programme governance, resources, budgets, and risk.
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders to drive adoption and change.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Project Managers.

What We’re Looking For:

• Extensive experience managing programmes in a global professional services or complex, matrixed environment.
• Experience delivering sustainability or regulatory change initiatives.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Programme/project management qualifications (MSP, PRINCE2, PMP, or APM).
• Solution-oriented, forward-thinking, and collaborative.
