We are supporting a leading FinTech organisation for a Reward Manager to lead executive remuneration, regulatory compliance, and governance. This role is the technical authority on UK reward regulation, REMCO operations, and executive pay disclosures, ensuring best-in-class governance and regulatory adherence.
Responsibilities
- Lead executive remuneration governance and regulatory compliance, including FCA remuneration requirements, MRT identification, deferral structures, and pay transparency obligations.
- Own REMCO support end-to-end: preparing papers and analysis, coordinating approvals, advising the Chair and Committee, and managing external remuneration advisers.
- Deliver all executive pay disclosures, including the Directors' Remuneration Report and remuneration policy for shareholder approval, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Lead annual executive pay reviews, incentive plan design (bonus, LTI, deferred awards), and market benchmarking.
- Monitor regulatory and governance developments and translate requirements into clear, practical reward policies and guidance.
