What You'll Do:
- Lead analytics for the annual pay and bonus review, providing accurate and actionable insights.
- Build, maintain, and enhance complex compensation models to support global reward decisions.
- Develop dashboards and reporting tools to provide real‐time visibility into compensation trends and metrics.
- Prepare and analyse gender pay gap data, producing clear insights for stakeholders.
- Partner with global Reward and HR teams to support data‐driven decision‐making across the business.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong analytical and modelling expertise with a proven track record of applying it to reward programmes.
- Experience with data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or similar).
- Exposure to reward or compensation functions in a UK‐listed or global organisation.
