We are looking for a Head of People Partnering & Operations to lead the delivery of people frameworks, services, and processes across a Tech organisation. This is a senior leadership role focused on translating people strategy into consistent, high-quality execution that drives business performance and an excellent employee experience.
Working closely with the CPO and senior leaders, you'll ensure the People function operates with commerciality, operational excellence, and strong governance while enabling effective leadership across the business.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead People Partnering & Operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, strong business partnering, and consistent application of people frameworks.
- Partner with senior leaders on organisational design, workforce planning, and complex people matters.
- Own People Operations, driving efficiency, process improvement, governance, and compliance across the employee lifecycle.
