We’re supporting an organisation in the search for a Head of HRIS to take ownership of the HR technology landscape, with a strong focus on Workday. This role is responsible for defining the HR systems strategy, leading optimisation and governance, and driving process excellence across the employee lifecycle. You’ll own the Workday roadmap, lead system enhancements and integrations, and manage a small team of HR Systems Analysts, partnering closely with HR and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable, future-proof solutions.
