We’re partnering with a leading Digital listed organisation to appoint a Head of Executive Reward - a pivotal new role shaping the future of executive remuneration strategy and governance.
As a trusted adviser to the Board and senior leadership, you’ll design and lead reward programmes that drive performance, align with shareholder expectations, and support long-term strategic success.
Responsibilities:- Lead the design and implementation of executive and all-employee reward frameworks (including STIPs, LTIPs, and share plans).
- Partner closely with the Remuneration Committee, ensuring robust governance and regulatory compliance.
- Provide strategic insight on pay and performance alignment, market benchmarking, and evolving governance trends.
