Hansen Filler is a boutique Executive Search and Interim recruitment firm specialising in Finance, Transformation and HR across listed, private equity and venture capital-backed businesses in the UK, US and Europe. As part of our continued growth, we’re now looking for ambitious graduates to join our next intake.

The role:
- Sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, job boards and networking
- Working closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and identifying aligned candidates
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with both candidates and clients
- Developing a strong understanding of your market to become a trusted specialist
- Managing your workload effectively while working towards individual targets
- Conducting candidate interviews and supporting client meetings, both virtually and in person
