We are currently partnering with a global professional services organisation that is looking to appoint a Compensation / Reward Manager to join their team in London.The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Compensation to support the delivery of core compensation activities across the organisation, including:Supporting annual compensation cycles, salary reviews, and market adjustmentsDelivering benchmarking and market analysis to inform compensation decisionsSupporting job levelling, internal equity, and pay analysisProviding compensation input into offers and broader business discussionsProducing compensation reporting and analysis to support key stakeholdersExperience RequiredProven experience in a compensation or reward role within a corporate environmentStrong analytical capability with a high level of attention to detailExperience supporting compensation cycles and market benchmarkingComfortable working independently and contributing ideas in a fast-paced environmentConfident engaging with HR and business stakeholders on compensation-related topicsThis is an excellent opportunity to join a leading organisation during an exciting period of transformation and change.
