Interim Transformation Lead – Technology
We are currently supporting a leading professional services organisation in their search for a Transformation Lead to drive their business transformation. The role will run for an initial 12 month period and on a hybrid basis out of the London office.
Our client is currently going through a large period of transformation. They are looking for this person to work alongside the Chief Technology Officer to define and execute the transformation roadmap, moving the business function to a product centric agile model, creating product teams to support enterprise applications.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Exceptional programme and project management experience
- Previously worked alongside the C-suite to define and then execute roadmaps for change within Technology.
- Prior experience within a professional services environment
- A deep understanding of change methodologies
