We are currently supporting a leading professional services organisation in their search for an Interim Transformation Lead. The role will run for an initial 12 month period and be carried out on a hybrid working basis out of the London office.
Our client is currently going through a large period of transformation. They are looking for this person to work alongside the Chief Marketing Officer to define and execute the transformation roadmap, moving the marketing function to a more product aligned and data driven model.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Exceptional programme and project management experience
- Previously worked alongside the C-suite to define and then execute roadmaps for change within Business Development & Marketing.
- Prior experience within a professional services environment
- A deep understanding of change methodologies
