We are recruiting for a scaling technology organization undergoing a period of change and growth. We need an Interim Talent Acquisition Lead to join the business on an initial 3‑month contract and support all non‑technical hiring. This role will play a key part in supporting all non‑technical hiring for the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, attract, and hire candidates for a range of non‑technical roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job specifications and interview criteria.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and provide a positive candidate experience.
- Report recruitment metrics and recommend improvements to talent acquisition processes.
