We are seeking an HR Business Partner for a permanent role to provide strategic partnership, leadership support, and people-focused solutions for an exciting business – a leading entertainment/events provider. This is a high-impact role supporting the MD on UK business growth, transformation, and change initiatives. It would suit someone passionate about the industry and experienced in shaping organisations through periods of evolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with regional leadership to shape and deliver the people strategy, embedding organisational development and change best practices.
- Lead and support large-scale change and transformation initiatives, ensuring effective planning, communication, and delivery.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on organisational design, team effectiveness, and change readiness.
- Support leaders and teams through periods of transition, driving engagement, adoption, and cultural alignment.
- Drive regional talent acquisition strategies and workforce planning aligned to future organisational needs.
- Act as a point of escalation for complex employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.
- Apply local knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
- Champion organisational values and culture through leadership alignment and targeted people initiatives
About You:
We are looking for someone who is both strategic and operationally strong, with a proven track record in organisational development, change management, and business transformation. You will ideally have experience in a standalone HR role or managing the full employee lifecycle.
You’ll be comfortable rolling up your sleeves while also operating at a strategic level—bringing structure to ambiguity, influencing senior stakeholders, and embedding sustainable change across the business.
