Are you a strategic HR partner with experience supporting senior leaders and driving organisational impact?
We are seeking a HR Business Partner for a permanent role to provide strategic partnership, leadership support, and people-focused solutions for an exciting business β a leading entertainment/events provider. This role supports the MD on UK business growth and change initiatives, and would suit someone passionate about the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with regional leadership to shape and deliver the people strategy using best practice.
- Lead change initiatives aligned with organisational transformation.
- Support leaders and teams through periods of transition to ensure smooth adoption and engagement.
- Drive regional talent acquisition strategies and workforce planning.
- Act as a point of escalation for complex employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.
- Apply local knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
- Promote organisational values and culture through leadership alignment and employee initiatives.
We are looking for someone who is both strategic and operationally strong, ideally with experience in a standalone HR role or managing the full employee lifecycle. You will be comfortable rolling up your sleeves to ensure HR solutions are effective and implemented consistently across the region.
