They are seeking a Head of Reward to design and deliver a consistent, impactful reward strategy that aligns with their “all-in” compensation model, ensuring pay drives performance while attracting and retaining top talent. The role will act as a trusted advisor to leadership and the RemCo, blending strategic design with operational delivery to build clear, scalable frameworks across pay levels, executive compensation, benefits, and global mobility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reward Strategy: Develop and implement a clear, consistent reward strategy aligned with business objectives and the “all-in” compensation approach.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Oversee base pay, variable pay structures where applicable, long-term incentives, and global benefits, ensuring compliance and effective vendor management.
  • Executive Compensation: Support the RemCo and senior leadership with executive pay benchmarking, LTIP design, and governance.
  • Pay Consistency: Drive consistency across pay levels, building scalable frameworks and processes to support this company’s high-growth trajectory.
  • Performance & Recognition: Align reward practices with performance management and recognition initiatives in collaboration with People & Culture teams.
  • Data & Benchmarking: Lead market benchmarking, salary reviews, and internal data analysis to provide actionable insights for reward decisions.
  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure all reward programmes comply with legal, financial, and audit requirements, supporting global mobility where required.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as a subject matter expert to HRBPs and senior stakeholders, preparing materials for ExCo and RemCo.

Experience & Skills Required:

  • Deep expertise in reward, pay frameworks, and compensation strategy within fast-paced, complex organisations.
  • Experience building consistency across pay structures and scalable reward processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to present complex data clearly to senior audiences.
  • Proven experience managing global reward programmes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior leadership and board level.
  • Commercial and strategic thinker with a proactive, hands-on approach.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of reward trends, governance, and regulatory frameworks.

Desirable:

  • Experience within fintech, technology, or PE-backed growth businesses.
  • Experience preparing materials for and working with Remuneration Committees.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and reward systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors).
