We are partnering with a global entertainment platform to hire a Senior Analyst, Global Payroll to join their international payroll function. This is a hands-on, high-volume payroll role sitting within a lean, fast-growing international team. You'll be the go-to expert for France payroll while also supporting payroll operations across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas. It's a genuinely broad remit inside a business that moves fast and is still building out a lot of its process from scratch, so this suits someone who's comfortable creating structure rather than just following it.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the subject-matter expert for France payroll - owning end-to-end processing, DSN submissions, URSSAF and PAS reporting, statutory benefits, and compliance with CBAs.
  • Manage payroll operations across multiple international entities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness across regions.
  • Own vendor relationships across EMEA and APAC acting as primary point of contact and managing SLA adherence and output validation.
  • Reconcile payroll results, validate GL files, and coordinate approvals with internal stakeholders.
  • Partner closely with HR, Finance, and Legal on international employee payroll matters.
  • Support system integration and process improvement work across payroll platforms, including Oracle Fusion HCM.
  • Support statutory filings, year-end reporting, and compliance requirements across jurisdictions.

What they're looking for:

  • Strong, hands-on France payroll experience (5+ years), with full ownership of end-to-end processing and statutory filings.
  • Fluent or professional working French is highly desirable, though not essential for the right candidate.
  • Genuine, high-volume experience with Oracle Fusion HCM - this isn't a "used it once" requirement, they need someone who really knows the system.
  • Broader international/global payroll exposure and comfort managing third-party vendors.
  • An analytical mindset - someone who questions the numbers and spots what doesn't look right, rather than just processing payroll.
  • A scrappy, high-growth mentality - comfortable with ambiguity, building process where it doesn't yet exist, and working cross-functionally at pace.
