This Transformation Manager role offers the chance to shape and deliver strategic change across a complex, global business, working across both business and technology functions. As a Transformation Manager, you'll work closely with business and technology teams to design and deliver meaningful, cross-functional transformation. Improving business processes, operating models and service delivery Supporting organisational transformation across structure, processes and governance Managing transformation plans, risks, issues, dependencies and governance Using Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies Partnering with senior stakeholders to influence strategy and drive transformation outcomes We're looking for a confident, proactive transformation professional who can lead and shape initiatives in a fast-moving, evolving environment. This role would particularly suit someone with a management consultancy background who is looking to move in-house. Experience in management consultancy, business transformation or complex change delivery Proven experience in operating model design and transformation programme delivery Strong business analysis, stakeholder engagement and change delivery capability Experience managing transformation plans, risks, issues and dependencies
