Are you a strategic HR partner with experience supporting senior leaders and driving organisational impact? We are seeking a HR Business Partner for a permanent role to provide strategic partnership, leadership support, and people-focused solutions for an exciting business - a leading entertainment/events provider. This is an interesting role supporting an MD on UK business growth and change initiatives - it would suit someone passionate about the industry!
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with regional leadership to shape and deliver the people strategy using best practice.
- Lead change initiatives aligned with organisational transformation.
- Support leaders and teams through periods of transition to ensure smooth adoption and engagement.
- Drive regional talent acquisition strategies and workforce planning.
- Act as a point of escalation for complex employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.
