We are currently partnering with a leading global tech firm who are looking to add a Head of Real Estate to own the full commercial real estate portfolio across European and APAC offices. Based in London, this is a senior individual contributor role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, operates with a high degree of autonomy, and brings both the strategic vision and hands-on execution capability to manage complex, multi-market real estate programmes end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute leasing strategy across EMEA and APAC, including negotiations, financial modelling, and renewals.
  • Lead office fit-outs end-to-end, concept through occupancy, covering space planning, FF&E, and amenity programming.
  • Source and manage brokers, architects, contractors, and vendors across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Oversee permitting, construction administration, and local regulatory compliance.
  • Partner with the Workplace team to ensure real estate decisions support the broader employee experience.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of commercial real estate experience in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment, with a strong track record across complex lease negotiations, large-scale fit-outs, and significant project budgets. A strong London market network is a real advantage.
