The role:
- Sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, job boards and networking
- Working closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and identifying aligned candidates
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with both candidates and clients
- Developing a strong understanding of your market to become a trusted specialist
- Managing your workload effectively while working towards individual targets
- Conducting candidate interviews and supporting client meetings, both virtually and in person
