We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join a leading international insurance organisation as part of a growing Transformation Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering business and technology change across a global business, working closely with senior stakeholders, product teams, and technical specialists.
Working across a range of transformation initiatives, you will support process improvement, systems change, requirements gathering, and agile product delivery within a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:- Gather, document, and prioritise business and technical requirements.
- Map as-is and to-be processes using BPMN 2.0 methodologies.

- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and end-to-end business testing.
