We’re working with one of the world’s leading Financial Services to find an exceptional Campus Recruiter to join their London-based Early Careers team.
This role is all about high-impact engagement with top-tier undergraduate and Master’s-level talent across trading, software engineering, and investing. You’ll be responsible for building and nurturing a pipeline of the top 1% of STEM talent – taking ownership from early identification through to internship conversion.
Key highlights:
- Lead on-campus attraction and engagement, with heavy presence across target universities.
- Full ownership of flagship, large-scale engagement events – on campus and internationally.
- Opportunity for US travel, and extensive campus travel from September to December.
- Part of a high-performing, collaborative team with direct visibility across the business.
- In-person role (5 days/week) based in central London.
This would suit someone with strong campus recruitment experience, particularly within STEM, who thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment and is passionate about innovation in early talent.
