Care Support Workers Location : Ayr, Broadmeadows Estate in Symington and across Ayrshire, KA1 5PU Salary : Β£12.60 per hour + Paid Travel Time and Benefits Contract : Full time and Part time (8-hour shifts, 12-hour shifts, Waking Nights, Sleepover) Service : Hansel Supported Living Service Are you ready to make a real difference in someones life every single day? Whether its in Beattie Close (Ayr), Broadmeadows Estate (Symington), or in the wider community, our support is always person-centred, vibrant, and full of heart. What Youll Do As our Care Support Worker : Support individuals 1:1 in their daily routines and community activities Help people live their best lives with creativity, compassion, and inclusion Build meaningful relationships with the people we support, as part of a small, consistent team Be part of a service thats fun, vibrant, and focused on quality care What Were Looking For: A caring, adaptable, and enthusiastic attitude Experience in care is desirable, but not essential we provide full training!
