What We Offer:
- Full induction and training - including shadowing experienced colleagues

- At least one weekend off every four weeks
What We're Looking For:
- Willingness to work a variety of shifts including community supports, day, evening and sleepover shifts (rotas are built around the people we support)
- Excellent communication and people skills
- A positive, enthusiastic attitude toward learning and development
- Basic IT skills
- A commitment to person-centred care and inclusion
- Ability to work as part of a team and solve problems creatively
- Must be 18+ (for insurance purposes)
- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential - we value the right attitude and a genuine passion for supporting others.
