What We Offer:

  • At least one weekend off every four weeks

What We're Looking For:

  • Willingness to work a variety of shifts including community supports, day, evening and sleepover shifts (rotas are built around the people we support)
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • A positive, enthusiastic attitude toward learning and development
  • Basic IT skills
  • A commitment to person-centred care and inclusion
  • Ability to work as part of a team and solve problems creatively
  • Must be 18 (for insurance purposes)
  • Previous care experience is desirable but not essential - we value the right attitude and a genuine passion for supporting others.
