Care Support Workers Female Only
Location: Monkton Road, Prestwick, KA9 1AR
Salary: £12.60 per hour + Benefits
Contract: Includes 12-hour shifts, evenings, nights, sleepovers & weekends (full time and part time contracts available)
Service: Shawburn (Residential Small Group Living)

What You ll Bring:
- Previous experience in a similar social care / health care support work position
- A full UK driving licence
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A team-focused, problem-solving mindset
- A passion for person-centred care and promoting inclusion
- Respect for diversity and a commitment to equality
- Basic IT skills and a willingness to learn
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
Desirable (but not essential):
- Experience supporting people with additional needs
- Understanding of social care legislation and best practices
- Experience with support plans, risk assessments, or managing behaviours
- A relevant qualification in Social Care (or willingness to work toward one)
