The Hansard Society seeks a Head of Operations to lead finance, governance, HR, and systems in a small, ambitious charity with an international reputation. This senior role offers autonomy, strategic input, and hands-on delivery to strengthen operations as the Society grows.
You will own day-to-day operations, shaping budgets, policies and processes, while working with external advisers, trustees and the Director to maximise impact and income for the Society's mission.
