Hans Price Academy is seeking an exceptional Pastoral Support Lead (Head of House/College Leader) to nurture wellbeing, drive high standards and provide care and challenge for students. You will lead pastoral support across a key group, promoting identity and community, monitoring behaviour and attendance, and coordinating interventions to support vulnerable learners and raise attainment.
