This is a part-time on-site role for a FREC 3 Instructor located in Pickering. The FREC 3 Instructor will be responsible for delivering high-quality first response emergency care training to various candidates. Throughout the course, tasks include preparing lesson plans, conducting training sessions, assessing participants' abilities, providing feedback, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. The Instructor will also maintain up-to-date knowledge of first response emergency care practices and be available to support candidates with their specific training needs.
Qualifications:
- Experience training and certification in First Response Emergency Care Level 3 (FREC 3)
- Level 3 Award in Education and Training (AET) or a higher qualification like a Level 4 Certificate in Education and Training (CET)
- Excellent teaching and presentation skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback
- Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and compliance
- Flexibility to respond to client needs dynamically
- Relevant experience in the security or emergency services industry is a plus
