Operating across specialised industrial sectors, the business partners with clients to design, develop, and supply non-core technology solutions – allowing customers to focus on their core innovations. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, design-led organisation at the intersection of hardware, technology innovation and strategic supply chain partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Define and lead the group-wide product and innovation strategy across multiple business units. Unify fragmented product organisations under a cohesive innovation roadmap. Partner with commercial, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver IP-led, customer-centric solutions. Drive long-term product vision aligned with growth in core and adjacent markets. Lead global product and engineering teams across the globe Report directly to senior leadership and serve as a core member of the executive leadership team. Ideal Profile: Proven track record in product strategy, roadmap execution, and innovation delivery. Experience leading cross-functional and international teams.
