Operating across specialised industrial sectors, the business partners with clients to design, develop, and supply non-core technology solutions – allowing customers to focus on their core innovations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define and lead the group-wide product and innovation strategy across multiple business units.
- Unify fragmented product organisations under a cohesive innovation roadmap.
- Partner with commercial, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver IP-led, customer-centric solutions.
- Drive long-term product vision aligned with growth in core and adjacent markets.
- Lead global product and engineering teams across the globe
- Report directly to senior leadership and serve as a core member of the executive leadership team.
