This is an exciting opportunity for a tech-loving contract recruiter or resource professional who thrives on process, automation, and getting great people into great projects. You’ll be hands-on with everything from DDaT resource planning and CRM automation to AI-driven resourcing tools, video interviewing, and managing a network of specialist associates across digital, data, and tech.
What you’ll be doing:
- Building pipelines of top DDaT talent across public sector digital programmes
- Deploying automation and AI tools within our Bullhorn CRM to streamline delivery
- Managing and engaging our growing associate network
- Conducting video interviews and resource assessments
- Creating Microsoft Copilot agents and supporting new digital workflows
- Keeping our Bullhorn CRM up to date with accurate and smart tagging/coding
What we’re looking for:
- Experience as a Resource Manager or Contract Recruiter, ideally with big agency and consultancy experience
- Strong understanding of public sector digital/tech (DDaT) roles such as UCD, DevOps & Platform Engineers, Java/API developers.
- Confident using Microsoft 365, Jira, and CRM systems
- Tech-savvy with a passion for systems, processes, and improvement
- Organised, self-motivated, and able to work in a results-only (ROWE) environment
- UK-based and able to attend occasional team or client meetups
