Role Description:
We are seeking a versatile and motivated individual to join our team as a PMO Support Analyst. This unique role combines project management office (PMO) responsibilities with recruitment support functions, offering a diverse and challenging opportunity for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and accurate time & expense reporting across Hanover projects.
- Progress and track Hanover’s Statements of Work (SOWs) & Purchase Order (PO) pipeline.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Engagement & Resource Managers.
Qualifications:
- Proven support experience in PMO, digital contract recruitment, or IT consultancy.
- Understanding of digital recruitment within central government and familiarity with Digital Data & Technology (DDAT) job functions.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite.
- Strong commercial acumen with good Excel skills.
- Detail-oriented and proactive, with a strong problem-solving mindset.
- Self-starter. Hanover operates a remote, Results Only Working Environment (ROWE).
- Able to travel for monthly team meetings and occasional client meetings in the UK.
