Role Description:
We are seeking a versatile and motivated individual to join our team as a PMO Analyst. This unique role combines project management office (PMO) responsibilities with recruitment support functions, offering a diverse and challenging opportunity for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate time & expense reporting across Hanover projects.
- Progress and track Hanover’s Statements of Work (SOWs) & Purchase Order (PO) pipeline
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Engagement & Resource Managers.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a PMO Analyst, preferably within a consultancy environment.
- Experience in establishing and managing a PMO, or a strong interest in PMO creation and development.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, along with the Microsoft 365 Suite.
- Understanding of digital consultancy within central government and familiarity with Digital Data & Technology (DDAT) Job Functions.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities – you will bring a natural enthusiasm for tools, systems, and processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a small team.
- Detail-oriented and proactive, with a strong problem-solving mindset.
- Self-starter. Hanover operates a remote, Results Only Working Environment (ROWE).
- Able to travel for monthly team meetings and occasional client meetings.
