This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has 1–4 years' experience (signed off) as an IM, ideally you will be looking for a great opportunity to hone your business development & investment skills within a very successful team.

The role

You’ll be the key point of contact for clients, focusing on relationship development and the day-to-day management of discretionary portfolios. There’s no requirement to conduct equity or fund research yourself – that’s handled by a dedicated central research team – but you’ll be involved in discussions around asset allocation and investment management as part of a collaborative team.

The ideal candidate

  • Experience managing HNW clients directly and guiding them through the full suitability process.
  • Experience managing investments for HNW clients on a discretionary basis.
  • Comfortable with client development and being keen to contribute to prospecting efforts – you won’t be expected to bring a book of clients but must be keen to build one with support.
