Our client is a fast-growing wealth management firm, trusted by high-net-worth individuals for delivering tailored investment strategies and financial planning. Their Wealth Planning team plays an increasingly influential role in helping clients achieve their long-term goals through expert advice on pensions, tax planning, and investment solutions.
The Opportunity
This is an exciting chance to join a growing team within a respected firm, where you’ll manage and develop relationships with HNW clients and deliver bespoke financial strategies. You’ll work closely with portfolio managers and specialists to provide a truly integrated wealth management experience.
The role
- Manage a portfolio of high-value client relationships, overseeing the delivery and execution of tailored wealth planning strategies.
- Provide comprehensive financial advice across pensions, tax planning, and investment solutions, ensuring all recommendations are compliant and client-focused.
- Actively develop new client relationships through networking and referrals, supported by the firm’s resources.
- Conduct regular client reviews, document agreed actions, and implement strategies promptly.
- Identify new planning opportunities that align with clients’ objectives and enhance their financial position.
- Collaborate with internal teams and act as a trusted source of technical knowledge on financial planning matters.
- Maintain up-to-date technical expertise through CPD and professional qualifications.
We are looking for
- Experience advising high-net-worth individuals on wealth planning and tax strategies.
- Strong technical knowledge of pensions, taxation, and investment structures.
- RDR Level 6 (Chartered) preferred, or Level 4 with a clear pathway toward Level 6.
- Current Statement of Professional Standing (SPS).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for clients.
- Professional, organised, and motivated, with strong analytical and numeracy skills.
