We're looking for an ambitious and relationship-focused Business Development Manager to join a leading UK specialist pension provider. As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and growing relationships with financial advisers throughout the Midlands. You'll act as a trusted partner, supporting advisers through the sales, due diligence and onboarding journey while identifying opportunities to expand business across our pension product range.
Working alongside experienced technical, marketing and administration teams, you'll have the autonomy to manage your territory while benefiting from strong internal support and a highly respected brand within the pensions ma.
Key Responsibilities

Experience
- sentialProven track record in business development, sales or relationship management within pensions/ SIPP/ SSAS, platforms or wider financial
- ervices.Strong understanding of pension products or the ability to develop technical knowledge q
- uickly.Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building
- skills.Commercially minded with a proactive approach to generating and converting opportu
- nities.Highly organised and self-motivated, with the ability to manage a busy field-based diary indepen
- dently.Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across the Mi
