Hanover Tap, part of Stonegate Group, is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader at our Hanover St. venue in Edinburgh. You will coach and mentor the kitchen team, uphold high standards of food knowledge and safety, and ensure compliance with COSHH and H&S regulations.
You will help drive the brigade forward and contribute to a high-quality guest experience. You will lead on food prep, maintain clean, hygienic conditions, and support the Kitchen Manager with stock management and menu execution.
