About the Role

Hanover Scotland are excited to be recruiting for Relief Home Support Workers to support our developments based in Buckie, Elgin, and Forres and we, therefore, require successful candidates to be able to travel to these locations. This role will also entail supporting shifts ranging from a 07:00am start to 22:00 finish in the evenings. There are also opportunities for our relief bank to provide cover for wakened nightshift worked between 21:45 and 07:15am.

Led by a supportive management team, our Relief Home Support Workers provide personal care to support adults with varying needs including physical disability, learning disabilities, older adults and vulnerable adults. In accordance with individual care plans, Relief Home Support Workers help with daily routines and medication assistance, support meal service, and bring comfort, dignity, and smiles to our tenants each day. You will be part of a collaborative and people‑first team with a passion to support our tenants to live as independently as they are able. We’re looking for the right attitude – we’ll provide the rest.
