About the Role

Hanover Scotland are excited to be recruiting for Mobile Support Workers to support our developments based in Buckie, Elgin, and Forres. We require successful candidates to be able to travel to these locations. We have both full time and part time roles available. This role includes working weekends, evenings and public holidays, so we are looking for successful candidates to be flexible and able to support our rota patterns.
Led by a supportive management team, our Mobile Support Workers provide personal care and housing support to support adults with varying needs including physical disability, learning disabilities, older adults and vulnerable adults. In accordance with individual care plans, Mobile Support Workers help with daily routines and medication assistance, support meal service, and bring comfort, dignity, and smiles to our customers each day. You will be part of a collaborative and people-first team with a passion to support our customers to live as independently as they are able. We’re looking for the right attitude – we’ll provide the rest.
