About the Role
This is a rewarding and varied part-time role where you will help residents live independently in a safe, caring environment. As the Development Manager at St Mary\βs Gardens, you will be the friendly and welcoming face of Hanover. Your role will involve supporting residents, coordinating services, and ensuring the development runs smoothly.
You will work 12.5 hours per week on a flexible rota basis, making this a great opportunity for someone seeking flexibility and fulfilling work.
Main Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day operations of the development
- Logging and monitoring repairs, liaising with contractors
- Carrying out property inspections and ensuring high standards are maintained
- Supporting residents with advice and information
- Maintaining communal areas and facilities
- Meeting performance targets and KPIs
