Job Title: Development Manager
Location: Bathgate
Working Hours: 8 hours per week (Thursday and Friday 9am until 1pm)
Remuneration: Β£5,949 for part-time (salary during 6-month probation period)
Β£6,225 for part-time (upon completion of successful probation)

About the Role
Hanover Scotland is excited to be recruiting a Development Manager.
As the Development Manager, you will work as part of a team to deliver an excellent Customer experience, enabling our customers to live an independent life assured in the knowledge that their home is both safe and secure.
About You
We are looking for a Development Manager who can:
- Facilitate an environment based on respect and confidentiality to ensure that our customers\β independence and choice are promoted to the fullest.
- Advocate for and liaise on behalf of our customers with statutory and other agencies where appropriate to meet their needs.
- Respond to enquiries/complaints from customers and others, recording and escalating as necessary to meet our Customer Service Standards.
- Promote the use of communal facilities to customers and community groups to encourage participation and build community.
- Manage repairs and monitor their progress to ensure standards are met and customer expectations are satisfied.
- Inspect properties for repairs and liaise with the Asset Management Team to meet letting standards.
- Maintain accurate records in accordance with legislation, GDPR, and good practice.
- Manage cleaning staff or contractors to ensure high cleaning standards.
- Conduct daily property checks and assist during emergencies, including remote service calls and liaising with customers and families.
