About the Role
- Cleaning of communal areas i.e. offices, corridors, kitchens, lounge, communal employee spaces.
- Cleaning of development accommodation, bath, toilet, and shower areas.
- Sanitising of surfaces, furniture and office equipment as required by rota.
- Removal of waste and preparation of guest bedrooms.
- Working in accordance with infection prevention control, COSHH, Health and Safety guidelines.
- Assisting with kitchen cleaning duties and the dishes.
About You
Essential- Have a genuine passion for helping people and supporting independent living.
- Have demonstrable experience of empathising with and caring for the elderly.
- Have a flexible approach to work with a can-do attitude.
- Be able to follow cleaning schedules and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with clear written presentation.
- Basic digital and ICT skills to access e-learning programs and the company portal.
- Food Hygiene certificate.
- Kitchen Hygiene certificate.
