Working Hours: 17.5 - 30 hours per week
Remuneration: £12.77 per hour (Probation rate)
£12.99 per hour (upon completion of successful probation)

About the Role
Hanover Scotland are excited to be recruiting for a Part Time Care Worker at our Mercers Court, Innerleithen development. Hours are between 17.5 - 30 hours per week on a 4 on 4 off rota basis. This is a rolling rota to support a work/life balance. You will be working within a friendly and experienced team to ensure that services are delivered flexibly and in a dignified, safe and stimulating way.

Our Housing with Care Developments provide enhanced support to vulnerable adults who live in their own homes with varying needs. This includes physical disability, learning disability of older adults who are supported to live as independently as they are able through individual housing support plans.
About You
- The successful candidate must register with the SSSC as a support worker in Adult Social Services within the first 3-months of their role.
- Good team working but be confident working alone.
- Awareness of person-centred care.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Good team working.
- Hours are flexible covering early and late shifts 365 days per year.
- Some travel may be required for training and to provide essential cover.
- The successful candidate will not be permitted to start without a full and satisfactory PVG check.
