About the Role

To provide efficient and effective administrative, coordination and customer service support to the Investment and Sustainability function within the Asset Management Team.

The role supports the delivery of adaptations, utilities, laundry and investment programmes through effective communication, contractor liaison, accurate record keeping and a commitment to excellent customer service and continuous improvement.

Main Responsibilities

You’ll be the Administrative Assistant working at the heart of our team, handling a range of administrative activities to ensure smooth continuation of service by:

  • Be the first point of contact for Adaptation enquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
  • Monitor the Adaptations mailbox
  • Keeping the Adaptations register up to date
  • Assist with Utility queries for gas, electricity, heating fuel and water charges.
  • Point of contact for laundry equipment related queries.
  • Use a diagnostic approach to assess requests and ensure accurate prioritisation.
  • Allocate and issue work orders to contractors, liaising with technical teams as needed.
  • Monitor contractor performance and ensure timely completion of works.
  • Process invoices, ensuring accuracy and value for money.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, keeping customers informed throughout.
  • Work within a performance-driven culture, contributing to KPIs and continuous improvement

About You

To join us, you need to have a genuine passion for helping people.

  • Experience in an office based procedural based role or equivalent.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation (written and spoken).
  • Proficient user of MS packages.
  • Demonstrate the ability to learn bespoke computer data base systems/database.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work on own initiative with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to work from home in a professional manner as and when required.
  • Ability to work from the office as and when reasonably required.
