The Role:
- Lead manufacturing operations at the Severn Beach site, managing production, blending, and engineering to meet customer demand.
- Inspire, develop, and motivate approximately 125 staff to build an engaged and effective team.
- Promote continuous improvement of manufacturing procedures and processes.
- Identify and implement new technologies in production, including IT software.
The Candidate:
