Ideal Background
You’ve spent the last few years developing your commercial skill set - likely in a SaaS or tech environment - and you’re now looking for a role with more ownership and room to grow. You’re ambitious, adaptable, and ready to build on your experience without being weighed down by layers of corporate process.
About the Role
We’re looking for a driven commercial professional to take ownership of our sales function and help accelerate growth across the UK, US, and global markets. This role suits someone with a proven track record in B2B software sales who’s ready to step up, is ambitious, proactive, and comfortable operating with autonomy. You’ll work at the intersection of CRM, SaaS, and the international exchange sector, building relationships with organisations across multiple regions. You won’t be micromanaged; you’ll be expected to lead your pipeline, shape opportunities, and help us expand our market footprint.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and manage a consistent pipeline of new business opportunities across the UK, US, and international markets
- Drive the entire sales cycle - from prospecting to closing
- Engage with stakeholders at agencies, organisations, and institutions in the cultural exchange and adjacent sectors
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings (travel required)
- Work closely with leadership to refine sales strategy, forecast performance, and identify new market opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment in messaging and positioning
- Maintain accurate CRM records and use data to guide decision-making
What We’re Looking For
- Strong commercial instincts and the confidence to lead conversations with prospects and customers
- Able to work independently while staying accountable
- High energy, self-motivated, and hungry to build something meaningful
- Experience selling IT, CRM, or SaaS solutions (B2B environment preferred)
- Comfortable travelling for conferences and client-facing activities
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- An understanding of the international exchange industry is a plus, but not essential
What We Offer
- Remote-first setup with flexibility
- Opportunity to shape and influence a growing sales function
- Supportive culture built on trust, initiative, and collaboration
- Competitive salary and performance incentives
- International exposure and the chance to work with clients across multiple regions
Our culture is built on trust, autonomy and respect. We operate with low bureaucracy, clear expectations and a healthy work-life balance - giving people the space to do meaningful work while feeling supported and allow them to develop and grow.
