Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensuring the safe and punctual transportation of passengers between Glasgow (Scotland) and Belfast (Northern Ireland), adhering to all road safety regulations and traffic laws. This includes planning routes, ensuring proper vehicle maintenance, and monitoring weather conditions to guarantee a smooth journey.
- Providing excellent customer service by assisting passengers with boarding, offering a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, addressing any questions or concerns during the trip, and ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the journey.
- Use own initiative daily.
