Our client is a prominent UK residential investor that has experienced significant expansion over the past five years, supported by major international capital partners. Their diversified investment approach utilises a range of deal structures designed to mitigate risk and maximise returns. Their current portfolio includes urban BTR homes and Single Family Housing, with a GDV exceeding £2bn. The business is fully integrated, operating across investment, development, and operations.
The successful candidate will join the London office as an Analyst / Associate. You will support acquisitions, analysis, and portfolio performance, with a strong focus on financial modelling and portfolio management. This is an opportunity to be part of a fast‑paced, high‑growth organisation with a broad investment remit.
Responsibilities- Building financial models from scratch for new acquisitions and ongoing portfolio analysis
- Supporting transaction underwriting, due diligence, and investment recommendations
- Producing high‑quality reporting and analysis for senior leadership
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis to support investment strategy
- Assisting with preparation of investment papers and presentations
- Collaborating with internal teams across development, operations, and finance
- Strong financial modelling skills, able to build robust models independently
- Highly numerate with excellent analytical capability
- 1–4 years’ experience in real estate, investment, finance, or a related field
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Detail‑oriented, diligent, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
- Academic background in real estate, finance, economics, or a related discipline
- Proactive, self‑motivated, and a strong team player
