Job Description
NEW ROLE – Development / Project Manager – Paying a basic salary up to £65,000
The Development Manager position will be working under the Development Director, who oversees planning, design and construction of BTR assets. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of relevant experience, preferably as a Site Manager, Project Manager or Quantity Surveyor for residential projects or house building.
Our client, based in Kettering, is real estate investor developer, specialising in single family housing. The directors of this business have considerable experience in joint ventures with globally renowned capital partners and a proven track record of building and exiting projects within the living sector. Hanning has placed 10 candidates with the founding members in their previous businesses. The current team is now expanding and looking for someone hungry to join them.
