Commercial Manager
The Company:
Our client owns a major masterplan in the midlands, and it has already started its journey towards building a thriving destination where people live, work, learn, explore and enjoy. They have built or have in construction 1,000 homes and a school so far.
The successful candidate will believe in the vision and be part of delivering on that concept.
Job Objective:
As Commercial Manager you will be passionate about the commercial aspects of construction and be able to bring new, fresh ideas to the company. You will be a senior member of team. Day to day, you can expect to provide commercial leadership and guidance to contracts/project(s)/bids as required and set the overall direction of the Commercial staff; whilst developing key external commercial customer relationships. You would be working on a lot of interesting, exciting projects, joining a growing team that offers good career progression.
Remuneration:
